First Sight
A single glance was all it took, something in that moment that your heart recognized and knew, that you'd never be the same, that your lives would be forever changed and that you'd fall in love from the first sight of each other.
Meet Daniel from Anchor and Light Films, a documentary, storytelling videographer on a mission to capture every moment from getting down on one knee to your final grand send off. Crafting love stories into a timeless film to be passed down from generation to generation. I want to tell your story.
it all started on VHS...
Ever since a kid I always was interested in creating stories and having those moments documented on a camera. My brothers and I would craft stories that were fun but we always wanted to make sure the camera was rolling. Once I got into high school I went on to get involved in my church as a tech and audio volunteer, and then capturing recap videos for my church while on missions trips. I went on to pursue a degree in digital film, created a lot of fun memories, and friendships. While in college I was still traveling to film and capture weddings and that was the best part. I won't let travel stop me from filming and being apart of your wedding day.

Not only did they go above and beyond to meet with us beforehand to discuss all the important moments we wanted captured, they captured those and so much more than I could’ve ever imagined! Our wedding film is something we watch over and over again, and every time, it brings me such joy to relive that day again! Our video is so beautifully done, almost feels like our own small feature film! One of the things I value as a filmmaker is attention to capturing moments and the people. The moments, the anticipation, and all of the details that matter, i want to capture for you to remember from your wedding day.
The ceremony is one of the most intimate moments on the wedding and it's so important. The details from every name that is invited on your wedding list to the florals and table decor. I want to be there to capture all of those and so much more. I want your film to last a lifetime and for you to watch it with your kids and parents many years down the road.
